Welcome to CITB Online Services

This online portal allows you to submit & view grant applications, access grant reports, and authorise automated grants.

We are working on adding more services to this site over time. While under development, some links below may redirect you to the existing online portal, and you may be asked to log in again.

Planned System Maintenance

Due to planned system maintenance, our Levy and Grant online services will be temporarily unavailable from 8.00am until 6.00pm on Saturday 18th April, and again from 8.00pm Friday 24th April 2026 until 6.00pm on Sunday 26th April.

Construction Training Directory and Construction Training Register will continue operating as normal during this period.
